I developed and implemented a billing procedure using QuickBooks Pro and the office networking system that allowed 4 employees to document the billable work they did for each company. The system then allowed the network to compile this information and bill the companies monthly.
I was solely responsible for all the administrative work for the Filing and Compliance Symposium held for over 300 attendees for 3 years in a row.
I completed a reorganization for a division in a state government agency for 272 employees with a 0% error rate.
I created and implemented the process for a major office clean-up project. I was able to take 4 cubicles of boxes of documents dating back at least 5 years and develop a system for processing, filing, scanning, and destroying documents.
I became the Statewide Active Military Coordinator in a state government agency covering 74 field offices. I audited every military leave of absence that occurred over a span of 5 years finding all errors. I was able to develop a process checklist, forms, letters, and payroll verification worksheets for processing active military going forward. Very familiar with Title 10 USC and Title 32 USC.
I built a shared drive, created all forms and the interactive client database which tracked number of days in the facility as well as assessments for progress for a non-profit organization. I trained all employees how to utilize it. I created a uniform process and procedures for this non profit to be audited by a federal agency.
Once I have done a thorough investigation of what you do and how you operate. I will find the places creating the inefficiency. I will develop a process to ensure productiveness. I will train you and all of your staff to move forward in a manner worthy of growing and expanding your business.
I have previously taken all training and coaches courses to be a team parent with Big Bend Pop Warner. I have assisted with creating and organizing team player books. I have created schedules for practices and planned end of the year events. I have created flyers for recruiting events and streamlined registration processes for organizations. I have been responsible for all communication with parents, group ordering for gear for players and support memorabilia for parents. Nickname - "Coach Mom"!
