Who Am I?
My name is Denielle Petty. I am the owner of Analytical Peace, LLC. Ever since I was a little girl, all I wanted to do was organize things and help people. I have developed an eye for finding errors, developing efficiency and a heart for seeing the needs of the people around me. In every job I was blessed with, I learned and mastered everything. I developed a process to adhere to and trained others to do so.
I have 23 years of State Government / Non-Profit experience. My experience includes but is not limited to: Human Resource Management, Payroll, Finance and Accounting, Compliance and Regulation, Budget and Fiscal Year Tracking, Audits and Research and Event Planning.
My Approach
As a client, your business becomes a part of mine. My approach to every job is to see your success as my success. The lives that you touch as a result of what you do becomes "our goal". I have discovered that everyone learns differently. I teach at the pace that you learn. I want to see you grow, mature and be successful is every aspect of your life, not just your business.

My business is faith based. I am thankful for the gifts that God has blessed me with and I commit to using them responsibly in His Honor. I give the credit of my success to my faith in God.
On September 14, 2021, God dropped the name of my business in my spirit sitting at a red light. I wrote it with a date reference on a ripped post it I had in my car. On December 16, 2022, I started this business. With God All Things Are Possible. Matthew 19:26
